Brytech's Color Teller

For the visually impaired person, the difficulty in determining paper money denominations has been a major barrier to a fuller life within the sighted world. There’s been little choice but to rely on friends, family members or strangers. The Note Teller 2 fits in a pocket, is accurate, reliable and easy to operate. It is capable of reading all old and new designs of U.S. bank notes, including the latest “colored” bills. Bank notes can be inserted and read in any orientation. It turns on and off quickly and automatically. The announcement is easily switched between English and Spanish and the volume is adjustable. The Note Teller 2 comes with a standard headphone jack to provide privacy. The Enhanced Note Teller 2 for the deaf-blind has the same great features and capabilities as the standard one. It uses a simple to learn series of vibrations to indicate the denomination of each bank.

BRYTECH’s newly improved Color Teller accurately and consistently determines colors and shades. It also has an ability to tell whether a light is on or off. Color Teller announces all the common colors, plus many tints and shades like pink, pale blue-green, dark brown and vivid yellow. It is 6 inches long, about 3 ounces and is very durable. Color Teller allows you to set up the unit to suit your needs. It has three volume levels, English, French and Spanish language selections; two levels of color announcement detail and operates with the single press of a button. Color Teller comes with operating instructions in large print and on audio CD, protective case with a belt-loop, wrist strap, long life battery and a six-month warranty.
